PSC Successfully Conducts Digital Teaching Tools Training Sessions
As part of PSC's Digital Transformation Program, a series of training sessions was held on February 20th and 29th, 2024, at Lab F-035. Led by Mr. Ossama M. Sayed, an English lecturer and Digital Teaching Skills trainer, the sessions aimed to enhance staff skills in using digital tools for effective teaching.
The first session, "OneNote as a Dynamic Student Portfolio Tool," focused on utilizing Microsoft's OneNote for student portfolios, promoting engagement, digital literacy, and paperless learning. The second session introduced "Classroomscreen," a web tool for interactive classrooms, emphasizing increased engagement and motivation.
The third session explored interactive presentation tools, enhancing class dynamics with multimedia elements. The fourth session, "Digital Tools for Classroom Management," equipped staff with collaborative platforms and time management tools for effective classroom organization.
Participants praised the sessions for providing valuable insights and practical skills applicable in their classrooms. These sessions are part of PSC's ongoing Digital Transformation Program, fostering a dynamic learning environment and preparing staff to excel in the digital age.
