Eight faculty members of the Information Technology (IT) Department passed the CCNA 1: Introduction to Networking Course as part of the “Cisco Train the Teacher Program” - Schools, Vocational and Colleges Academy Partnership (SVCAP) Project.

Lecturers Ms. Anu Krishna, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Raja, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed, Ms. Bushra Al-Mamari, Mr. Hariraman Ammaiappan, Mr. Mohammed Kuresh Safir, Ms. Redjie Villar, and Ms. Salama Al-Kalbani, successfully passed 11 chapters of online tests, online exams and practical exams using Cisco Packet Tracer. They are now qualified to take CCNA 2 module.

Cisco Certified Instructor Trainer, Mr. M. Vijaya Bhaskar conducted the training from April 22 to July 3, 2019 at Room A-141, Main Building.

The training was spearheaded by the IT Department of Higher College of Technology, Muscat, in cooperation with all technical colleges of the Sultanate.
