The Educational Technology Center’s Staff Development Team held an Online Application Workshop for the ShCT Admin and Finance staff, at the e-Library on November 19, 2015.

This workshop aimed to orient the Admin and Finance staff with the different online applications, which directly affect their daily tasks.

Conducted by Ms. Laila Al Mamari and Mr. Humaid Al Mamari, the workshop focused on the online application Office 365 and some of its specific features like ETC Smart HelpDesk and Staff Portal applications.

The ETC-SPDT is planning to conduct a series of workshops on online applications next semester.
