The Engineering Department Industrial link committee, in coordination with the OJT Department, arranged a visit to the MAJAN ELECTRICITY COMPANY, SHINAS,ASWAD PSS 33/11 KV substation for B. Tech Electrical Power students. Twelve students and Mr. S Mishra (Lecturer, Electrical Engineering) attended this visit on 21/05/2015.

Mr. Ayman(site engineer and the present student of the section) led the team of students and explained the operations of the substation and its components in details.

The enthusiastic students asked many questions related to the power sub-station and the associated control room. The confidant answers, stamina and the willingness to work for the student-friends of Mr. Ayman amazed the group.
