BSD students attend 2nd Junior World Entrepreneurship Forum
Business Studies Department (BSD) and College Entrepreneurship Committee students attended the 2nd Junior World Entrepreneurship Forum (JWEF) with the theme, "Together for a bright future," on October 2-3, 2018, held at National University, Muscat, Oman.
The forum is an international event which has been held in more than 20 countries around the world which provides exceptional opportunities for the students who are interested in opening their own businesses in the future.
Local entrepreneurs, industry experts, government officials and people from the academe were invited to share their experience with the participants.
As the youth are the backbones of any nation, JWEF focused more on them and how they will be engage in the world of the entrepreneurship.
The forum provided the students with a deeper understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship, and creativity and innovation in exploring new trends in the world of entrepreneurship.
Participants were engage in the different activities and also they visited entrepreneurship exhibition from participating companies.
The participants from ShCT was composed of 23 students accompanied by BSD lecturer Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Abdullah Al Sadi.
