The Business Studies Department(BSD) updated its faculty on the issues concerning Quality Assurance (QA) in a seminar conducted at the Multi Purpose Hall on January 21, 2016, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.

Administrative Member of ShCT’s QA Department, Mr. Dhanasekaran Neelakantan, and BSD QA Coordinator Dr. Shanmuga Priya served as resource speakers in the seminar.

The resource speakers gave an overview of   the  diverse activities  of  the QA department  in ShCT, the duties and responsibilities of lecturers with regard to QA, and the guidelines for the upcoming QA visit.

Aimed to shed light on the relevance of QA within the context of Oman’s  education, the activity was organized by BSD’s Staff Professional Development Committee.
