The Quality Assurance (QA) staff of Shinas College of Technology attended a three-day training and coaching organized by the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) at Higher College of Technology, Muscat, on September 3-5, 2019.

Al Maarif Consultancy staff Mr. Peter Watson and Mr. Wesley Knowles provided hands-on training on developing strategic objectives and priorities, translating strategies into actions, identifying KPIs, and linking strategic initiatives to objectives and KPIs.

They also coached the participants on implementing strategies using a Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

The event served as a venue for the ShCT team to discuss its strategic plan objectives and KPIs with the experts and develop a BSC to align ShCT’s strategic goals and priorities with the processes and projects.

Al Maarif Consultancy will revisit ShCT on September 22, 2019 to follow-up with the implementation of BSC.
