The College Council (CC) members and Quality Assurance (QA) team of Shinas College of Technology attended a feedback session organized by the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) at Higher College of Technology, Muscat, on September 24, 2019.

PM2 representatives Mr. Peter Watson and Mr. Brett Knowles, Balanced Scorecard experts, presided over the feedback session. The ShCT team discussed and reviewed their College Strategic Plan, Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with them.

Mr. Watson and Mr. Knowles also shared some useful tips and tricks to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the plan.
