Twenty-seven Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) staff attended a webinar titled “Practical Experience on OCI and Oracle ADB Cloud” on June 15, 2020.

Using the Microsoft Team application, IT lecturer Mr. Bala Veerasamy, the resource speaker, shed light on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Autonomous Databases (ADB).

He also demonstrated how to create an account in Oracle Cloud Free Tier and how to use Oracle Application Express (APEX), Structured Query Language Develop Web, Oracle Instant Client: SQL Developer 19.2 and Oracle Instant Client: Java in working with Cloud ADB.

Said event is part of the webinar series organized by the Staff Professional Development Committee of the Information Technology Department.
