IT Research Committee (ITRC) of University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Shinas, successfully conducted a webinar on "AI & its Multidisciplinary Research Opportunities".  on March 25, 2021.   Researchers and Academics from various Universities and Technical Colleges in Oman and internationally, participated in the event.

Dr. Amlan Chakrabarti - Professor & Director, A.K. Choudhury School of I.T., University of Calcutta India, served as the program’s resource speaker. Dr. Amlan Chakrabarti provided insightful information regarding Practice in AI & its Multidisciplinary Research Opportunities. Faculty members from various universities and colleges in Oman and abroad, attended the lively and interactive two-hour webinar.

Dr. Abdul Samad Saleem Raja, Member ITRC facilitated and introduced the resource speaker and warmly welcomed the participants and the resource speaker. Dr. Abdul Samad Saleem Raja was the Moderator of the event. In his closing remark, Member Research Committee ITRC Dr. Sudhakar Chaubey expressed his gratitude to the participants and presenter.
