As a way of giving back to the community for the warm support they are extending to the college, the Educational Technologies Center (ETC) recently concluded a 20-Hour Office Application Training (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) from February 4 to 8, 2018, held at Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) E-Library. 

A total of 15 participants from neighboring Wilayats completed the Local Community Course, handled by Mr. Abdulrahman Al Hamadani and Mr. Sidney Souribio.

Primarily, the training was aimed at providing basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint by giving real work and scenario-based hands-on activities. It also provided the participants the ‘learning while doing’ concepts of office application and publishing.

The participants expressed profound gratitude to the organizers for offering the course. They added that it was indeed helpful to them.
