The Computer Services Section (CSS) of Educational Technologies Center (ETC) revived its staff rewards mechanism by awarding a Staff of the Month (October 2018) during the Section‘s monthly meeting held on November 7, 2018 at E-Library, Shinas College of Technology, Main Building.

ETC Head Mr. Ahmed Al Saidi welcomed everyone and extended his heartfelt thanks to the team for all the hard work and effort rendered during the past months since ETC is deploying new PC for the laboratories and staff. 

ETC CSS Head of Section (HoS) Mr. Abdulrahman Al Hamadani emphasized that this commendation will be a motivation for everyone to strive for excellence. 

Laboratory Coordinator Mr. Ronaldo Abaya, was named as the ‘Staff of the Month- October.’

The Staff Reward Committee of ETC honored the staff of the month with a memento, a certificate and cash gift for his outstanding performance and dedication.

The Center believes that rewarding and recognizing one’s effort is one of the vital factors that motivates, encourages and empowers every employee to do their best even without continuous and regular monitoring of their job responsibilities.
