EC puts up Ramadan English Club Corner
The English Club (EC) put up ‘Ramadan English Club Corner’ at the lobby of the ground floor, ELC Building, on May 15, 2019.
Spearheaded by EC student president Abeer Khalid Al Shihi, the event aimed at strengthening students’ knowledge of Ramadan and the importance of this holy month to the Muslim community.
To test students’ knowledge about Ramadan, the organizers prepared questions for the participants to answer.
Staff and students were also invited to write short Ramadan messages or greetings on a black board.
“The English Club members have been very active in organizing events that bring students together. I wish to thank them for their hard work and their sense of initiative,” said Mr. Karim Hanefioui, EC adviser.
