The Webinar on “Peridynamic Formulation for Thermoelectric Coupling.” was conducted by staff support service committee, Engineering department on 26^th April, 2021.  The webinar was facilitated by Dr. Migbar Assefa Zeleke, Senior Lecturer, University of Bostowana. The Live webinar was inaugurated by Dr. Ahmed Abdallah Mohammed Al Balushi, HOD, Engineering Department and was attended by faculties from University of Technology and applied science (UTAS), Shinas. Mr. Satish Shankar and Mr. Jamal Aslam welcomed the participants and the resource speaker. The welcome note for the event was given by Mr. Krishna Kumar, Member of Staff Support Services Committee.

The webinar aimed to provide an outlook on short comings of classical continuous mechanism and review of Peridynamic formulation (PD) and its application for thermal coupling. Dr Latha Jayaraj, member of Staff Support Services committee thanked all the faculty members for attending the webinar, which was beneficial for staff in conducting research in the future.
