The Staff Support Services Committee of the Engineering Department (ED) spearheaded a seminar for its lecturers on March 4, 2020 at the Theatre, Engineering Department.

Dubbed “Introduction to Six Sigma and Total Quality Management in Academic Institutions,” the seminar aimed at improving students’ performance using the six sigma technique.

Mechanical Engineering Lecturer Mr. Srinivasa Daya Prasad served as the resource speaker. He elucidated the six sigma procedures and its applications in educational institutions.

ED Head Dr. Ahmed Al Balushi expressed his gratitude to the speaker and awarded him with a certificate of appreciation.
