The Engineering Department (ED) organized a seminar on ‘Pumps, Compressors and Lubrication’ for its Advanced Diploma Mechanical Engineering students on November 12, 2019 at the Drawing Laboratory, Engineering Building.

Mr. Tariq Ali Al Maqbali, Mechanical Engineer of Suez Tractable Operations and Maintenance Oman, served as the resource speaker.

He provided a detailed description of industry pumps and compressors, and the types of lubrication used for preventive maintenance.

ED Head Dr. Ahmed Al Balushi thanked Mr. Tariq and awarded him with a certificate of appreciation.
