Diploma in Electrical Engineering studes visit Urich Switchgear

The Diploma in Electrical Engineering students participated in an industrial visit to Urich Switchgear Mfg. LLC,  Sohar Industrial Estate, Sohar City on October 17, 2017.

The Engineering Department organized the industrial visit, which allowed the students to directly see the assembling of switch gear starting from MCB to bus bar and other electrical equipment.

The company’s Operation Manager, Mr. Vithal Manohar, explained to the students the various steps involved in switch gear assembly.
