The Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) of the Business Studies Department (BSD), in coordination with the Industry Link Committee (ILC), conducted a “Team Building Workshop” at Room A201, Main Building, on October 15, 2019.

VALE Oman Company HR Manager Mr. Ibrahim Hassan Al Belushi, the resource speaker, facilitated a number of team building activities. Afterwards, the participants presented their different points of views regarding the tasks given to them.

Attended by BSD lecturers, the workshop aimed at improving their skills and strategies in teaching, and reminding them of the classroom values and principles needed to ensure a good student-teacher relationship.

BSD Head Mr. Badar Al Shabibi thanked Mr. Belushi and awarded him with a certificate of appreciation.
