The Business Studies Department (BSD) organized “Synergy 2018" held at the Multi- Purpose Hall, Engineering Building, and D-Block, on 19th March 2018.

Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mamari, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs Mr. Ali Al-Alawi , BSD Head of Department (HoD) Ms.Khadija Al Isaei, together with the Heads of Sections (HoSs) - Accounting and Marketing, Ms. Iman Al Rubaiai and Dr. Joefrelin Ines, respectively, motivated the participants from various Colleges of Technology (CoT) to join different competitions such as Business Quiz Competition, Best Manager Competition, Battle of Marketing Strategies Competition and On-the-Spot Logo Competition.

Students from various colleges registered in the different competitions in the morning. It was followed by the inauguration ceremony and welcome address of the student organizers, HoD’s message and recitation of Holy Quran. Students actively participated in different competitions.

The winners of different competitions were honored with memento and certificates awarded by the Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mamari, Mr. Ali Al-Alawi, and Ms.Khadija Al Isaei.

Said event was spearheaded by the Student Support Services Committee (SSSC) of the Department.
