The Research and Consultancy Committee of Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) spearheaded a seminar on “Ethics of Research and Publication” on February 13, 2020 at the Theatre, Engineering Building.

Dr. Ahmed Al Shukaili, Dean of Research at Nizwa University, shed light on bioethics in research, overview and functions of bioethics committee and the risks associated with research proposals.

Lecturers from the Departments of Engineering, Information Technology and Business Studies, and the English Language Center attended the said seminar.

Engineering Department (ED) Head Dr. Ahmed Al Balushi thanked the speaker and awarded him with a certificate of appreciation.
