For the second consecutive year, Shinas College of Technology (ShCT), through the initiative of the Human Resource Department (HRD), organized the ‘Best Leader of the Year’ Competition on October 16, 2018, Dean’s Office, ShCT Main Building.

The competition was conducted in order for the employees to recognize and express their gratitude to the Heads of various Departments, Sections and Units.

The best leader award is judged by the submitted gifts/entries of the staff.

The Committee involved in judging included the HR team, Quality Assurance Unit, and the Dean, himself. They all looked into the words used, the sincerity and admiration presented through the gifts, and the teamwork involved in order to come up with an inspirational message to the boss.

During the awarding ceremony, Engineering Department Mechanical Section Head of Section (HoS) Mr. Jamal Aslam coveted the ‘Best Leader of the Year’ award.

Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mamari awarded the gift as a token of appreciation to the chosen ‘Best Leader of the Year,’ Mr. Jamal Aslam.
