Higher Diploma program is designed to equip the students with in depth understanding of various concepts, principles, theories, and philosophies in the areas of "Human Resources" and "Accounting", devised for students to seek employment and facilitate the integration process in the corporate environment so that they can start functioning effectively right from day one of joining the organization. Further, the program will lend a hand to students confidently accepting the appropriate role in the organization to contribute the ongoing development of the country.

 

In both the specializations special emphasis is given to implanting the Research Methodology skills, ability to prepare Project Works along with the ability of Speaking in Public, as the program feels that it is a very necessary set of attributes required for graduate students upon becoming members of an organization.
