A training on the basics of troubleshooting Xerox WorkCentre and Kyocera Taskalfa photocopiers was conducted at ShCT’s Educational Services Center (ESS) from January 31 till February 8, 2017.

ETC staff, especially the technicians from ESS and Computer Services Section (CSS), attended the training which was delivered in 7 sessions (30 minutes each).

The technicians were trained on the basic troubleshooting techniques, particularly on Xerox Workcentre 5655, Kyocera Km-2550, Kyocera Taskalfa 5550ci and Kyocera Taskalfa 5501i.

ESS technician Mr. Marte Alolor encouraged the ETC staff to be aware of the different troubleshooting techniques, specifically on how to manage paper jams and technical difficulties.

This training was implemented following the projection plan of the ETC-ESS on providing trainings and workshops, which depict ETC’s commitment to provide a “Service You Can Trust” to all its stakeholders.
