BSD conducts customer relationship management workshop
The Student Support Service Committee (SSSC) of the Business Studies Department (BSD) organized a workshop on ‘Customer Relationship Management’ for the students at the Multi-Purpose Hall, on January 20, 2015.
The resource speaker was Mr. Mazin Abdullah AL Qasmi, an HR Generalist from Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).
An ShCT alumni, Mr. Mazin emphasized the functions, duties and responsibilities of a human resource manager in HSBC as he discussed the recruitment procedures, selection criteria, attending interview, grading, remuneration, employment benefits and terms and conditions of employment on the future job prospects of the students.
BSD HOD Ms. Moza Mohammed AL Shihi graced the workshop with her presence as she awarded a certificate of appreciation to the resource speaker.
The workshop was organized by Dr. R.Alamelumangai and coordinated by SSSC members Mr.Ahmed Al Saadi and Mr. V.K. Vivek.
