Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) and International Maritime College Oman (IMCO) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) held at the IMCO, Sohar on November 28, 2016.

The MoU signing was spearheaded by the ShCT College Dean, Dr. Khalid Zayed Mohammad Al Muharrami and IMCO College Dean, Dr. Hilal Ali Azzan Al Hadhrami with the presence of some officials and members of both higher learning institutions.

The main purpose of the MoU is to set out opportunities for academic and non-academic collaboration, benchmarking exercises, and mutual sharing of best practices and expertise between the two higher educational learning institutions.

Meanwhile, the following are the college officials and members of ShCT who attended the MoU signing: ShCT College Dean, Dr. Khalid Zayed Mohammad Al Muharrami, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Mr. Ali Abdullah Ali Al-Alawi, Head of English Language Center (ELC), Mr. Ali Abdullah Ahmed Al-Balushi, Head of Educational Technology Center, Mr. Ahmed Khamis Mohammed Al-Saidi, Head of Information Technology Department, Ms. Amina Salim Mohd Al-Jabri, Head of English Language Program Section, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Hashil Al-Saadi, and  Quality Assurance Unit Administrative Coordinator, Dr. Syed Sulaiman Hussaini.
