English lecturer Dr Zahra Zargaran, presented her research on the role of metacognitive awareness in teachers' cognition, specifically focusing on language noticing, at the Qatar University’s 8th ELT Conference. The conference, which took place on 4th November 2023, united ELT stakeholders and provided a platform for knowledge exchange. Dr Zara’s presentation offered a fresh perspective on language noticing, emphasizing the impact of metacognitive awareness on teachers' cognition.
