The Information Technology Department - Student Support Services Committee at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Shinas, recently organized a workshop titled 'Version 5 Awareness to Students.' The illuminating session, led by IT lecturer Mr. Madhavan Sridharan, unfolded on November 7, 2023. The workshop's primary objective was to disseminate comprehensive information on Version 5 details, covering crucial aspects such as specializations, CGPA and FDL/IELTS criteria, Academic Probations linked with SGPA and CGPA, rules governing course withdrawals, the process of repeating courses, various types of study withdrawals, and an overview of courses in the Advanced Diploma and Bachelors programs.Engaging with a total of 12 participants, Mr. Madhavan Sridharan delivered a clear and insightful talk, fostering a deeper understanding of Version 5 nuances among the student attendees.
